In every market shown here, yes — freehold ownership is open to non-residents, though registration costs and the paperwork differ. The tenure, service charge and registration cost for each property are listed under Registered particulars.

They are the current asking price in the property's own currency, converted live for you. Where a developer offers a payment plan, the plan is priced from the same figure.

For resale purchases we work alongside your broker and set the timeline out week by week: offer, deposit at exchange, approval, completion. If you have no broker yet, we will introduce two.
